Municipal Museum of Subotica

The building of the City Museum of Subotica preserves the memory of past centuries of the region.

The City Museum of Subotica is the most beautiful Art Nouveau building in the town of Subotica, designed in 1906 by the Vágó brothers. The building of the former printing office in 2008 was renovated by the local city administration to build the museum. The museum has archaeological, ethnographic, historical, artistic and natural history collections. A permanent exhibition is currently being prepared. Visitors are welcome every day from 10am to 6pm except Mondays and Sundays.
