Kula is one of the oldest medieval settlements in Backa and is also a road and railway hub. From the tourist point of view, the Mali Stapar village is of great importance, since the only remaining mill of five that were built along the Great Bač Canal can be found here. Another interesting place is Crvenka, where you can visit wine cellars dating back the 18th century. In Ruski Krstur there is a so-called "Castle", that was built in 1913 and served as a school, and today it is the seat of the National Council of Ruthenians.
