The municipality of Sečanj is located in Central Banat and shares a border with Romania on its eastern side. The areas natural features provide excellent opportunities to relax, since the Vučjak hunting area is located here and the Dani ribe (Day of Fish) event is also held here. The River Tamiš, which crosses the municipality, is rich in fish and serves as a popular destination for sport fishers.
